I first came across Denise in a free games site called Wordox. It was part of the Hoyle Games site which was at the time the biggest free games site on the internet. I was a regular player in Wordox , which is a game similar to Scrabble. Denise was a Chat Host , and initially I just said the customary ' Hi ' etc when I went into the room, as I do and did with the other regular players, and Chat Hosts. Over the course of a few weeks I got rather involved with Wordox, I was there every day playing and chatting. Eventually I applied to become a Chat Host myself and was immediately invited to be part of the biggest Game site on the 'net.

It was through Denise and I being part of the same team that we really got to know each other. The Chat Host's job was and is to look after all the different type of games on the site, from Wordox to Backgammon , from Poker to Dominoes and at least a dozen other regular game rooms. But Wordox was our favourite. Denise and I became firm friends, chatting on messenger etc, and flirting, laughing, the usual stuff.

The friendship grew and grew and over the days and weeks that followed we both began to realise that something else was happening besides just being good friends. Denise lived in America, in Kentucky, and I was home in Devon, in the UK , so a long distance relationship began.

The messaging soon developed inot telephone calls, the calls developed into webcam chats , so we could actually see each other for the first time. We had some great web-camming sessions, we would be together each and every day for maybe 6 or 8 hours a day. We both often talked about actually getting to meet for real. Problem was we were both married.

Now neither of us would have said we were in desperately unhappy marriages , but then again things do happen when your least expecting them to and neither of us knew or set out to fall in love , but that is what we did, and deeply. I had never been in love with anyone before like I was with Denise, it hit me like a huge tidal wave.

1st Meeting

Well, an opportunity came up for me to go to America and meet Denise for the first time. I obviously jumped at the chance and next thing I knew I was on the plane flying across the ocean to meet her for the first time. I remember stepping off the plane at Lexington airport in Kentucky and thinking, "well here I am, and she is only 2 hours away"

I had arranged to meet her in a shopping mall car park in the small town she lived in and I was early, but needn't have worried because so was she ! She looked fantastic, even better in real than on webcam. She had wangled a weekend away from her hubby citing a trip to some family relation so we had a couple of wonderful days together , our first time actually together, holding each other for real, hugging, kissing..mmmmmmm...it was awesome.

My trip was all too short, and I flew home with a heavy heart, but an excitment I wanted to share again. When we got back to our respective homes, all we talked about was being together forever. I'd even proposed to her on the internet, she said yes and wow, what a feeling. Because we were both married neither of us enjoyed the sneaking around on the net, it's not what either of us were used to having to do, but we did exactly that for another 6 months enjoying our fleeting times on the 'net, the cam and the phone.

We just HAD to be together forecer and HAD to make it happen. So thats what we did. At the time I had moved away from Devon and left my uneventful marriage, and I moved to Scotland. Denise made plans to leave America and move to Scotland to be with me. All plans had been made. I flew to Kentucky , we met up again and drove straight to the airport where we caught a flight to Chicago, then onto London, before flying up to Edinburgh and driving back to Pitlochry, which is where we live to this day.

We flew back to Florida in the summer of 2007 and were married ( after both our divorces were finalised ) on August 10th in Kissemmee , Florida.
